Re memo of SA [redacted] dated 11/1/76.
On 11/30/76, an attempt was made to contact [redacted] [redacted] Seattle, Washington. It was noted that 5225 53rd Avenue, is an invalid address.
On the same day, a check with the Seattle City Directory revealed that there is no [redacted] [redacted] Street or any other combination of [redacted], [redacted] etc.
In view of the above, it is requested the following lead be covered:
