For your information, Cullen is a former SA of the FBI and retired as Senior Resident Agent at Lancaster, Penn- sylvania, on 2/8/68. Philadelphia at Lancaster, contact Cullen, acknowledge receipt of his letter and secure any additional information he may have concerning Robert E. Cooper. In view of Cooper's common name, attempt to secure any additional identifying data ie., date and place of birth, Pennsylvania State Police Number, or FBI Number in order that a search of Cooper's name can be made at FBIHQ. Conduct any additional investigation necessary to ascertain if Robert E. Cooper is in fact the individual responsible for captioned matter. If necessary, contact [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Pennsylvania, it being noted that a copy of the enclosure was directed to him.
