What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Portland letter to Seattle, 10/19/76.
Being transmitted to Portland separately by registered parcel post is the parachute canopy furnished Portland by HARELSON and subsequently furnished to the Seattle Division.
On 11/10/76, EARL COSSEY, Leota Junior High School, Woodinville, Washington, advised after viewing the canopy furnished by HARELSON, that it was not identical to the one used by unsub in this matter. COSSEY is the man who packed the parachute used by unsub. COSSEY advised that the canopy furnished by HARELSON is a 24 foot canopy and COOPER's canopy was 28 feet.
In view of this information, no further investigation will be conducted concerning this aspect of this case.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
---
It was learned through contact with EARL COSSEY that his current address is 15010 N.E. 192nd, Woodinville, Washington, telephone 485-9340.
