What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

FROM : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P)
SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE (BUfile 164-2111)
RE: SUB 845 - BILLY JEWEL SPARKS
---
For the information of St. Louis, SPARKS is being considered a suspect in this matter as he resembles the artist's composite of unsub and because just prior to NORJAK, he became involved in the theft of some U. S. mail from the U. S. Post Office in Fairbanks, Alaska. Up to that time, SPARKS did not have any criminal history and because of his arrest, he became despondent and, in addition, needed a great deal of money in his defense in the upcoming trial. SPARKS was found guilty and began serving his sentence in October, 1973, and was released in May of 1975.

SPARKS is described as follows:
Name: WILLIAM JEWEL SPARKS, alias Billy Jewel Sparks, Bill Sparks. Race: White Sex: Male DOB: 3/5/32 POB: Clayton, New Mexico Hair: Brown Eyes: Blue Height: 72 inches Weight: 175 lbs. Military service: U. S. Air Force Serial No.: AF19432687
