What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

It should be noted the Anchorage Division has a pending case entitled "BILLY JEWEL SPARKS, AFA, OO: ANCHORAGE", [REDACTED]
SPARKS was convicted along with [REDACTED] for their involvement in the theft of approximately $96,000 in cash, which was stolen from the United States mail. BILLY J. Subsequent investigation of that crime was conducted by the Postal Inspector's Office, Seattle, Washington, with [REDACTED] supervising in the investigation. Both SPARKS and [REDACTED] were convicted of the [REDACTED] and sentenced to Federal prison.
The USA's Office, Anchorage, Alaska, requested FBI investigation to ascertain the financial ability of BILLY J. SPARKS by letter dated 4/1/75. A review of the Anchorage file in this matter was conducted; however, the file contained limited descriptive data and no information that would be pertinent to fix SPARKS' location as of 11/24/71.
