Re Portland airtel to Bureau, et al, 10/19/76.
Enclosed herewith for Seattle are two copies of an insert prepared at Portland in this matter.
For further information of Seattle, Portland indices were negative concerning BILLIE DEAN MC CONNELL. Likewise a search of appropriate city and telephone directories for Portland was negative concerning MC CONNELL. In addition a search of MC CONNELL's name through the Columbia Region Information Sharing System (CRISS) and Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) failed to develop information identifiable with MC CONNELL.
