For information of the New York Division, enclosed references relate information developed concerning efforts made by [redacted] of Las Vegas, Nevada, [redacted] relating to instant matter in which one DAVID BRYANT COFFELT (allegedly deceased) is identified as D.B. COOPER, hijacker in instant matter.
On 8/16/77, [redacted], Atlanta, Georgia, telephonically contacted the Atlanta Office and furnished the following information:
She is employed by HEW, Peachtree and 7th Street, Atlanta, and on [redacted] she was on a Delta Airlines flight from Atlanta to Washington, D.C., when she overheard the following story:
