On 7/5/78, [REDACTED] Barcroft Apartments, 1130 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia, advised that she was the [REDACTED] at the apartments for the period that the COFFELTs resided at the apartments. She stated that according to the apartment records COFFELT rented the apartment from August, 1968 until December, 1973. She advised that the apartment they rented at 4208 South 12th Road, Arlington, Virginia, was in a building with four apartments total. She said that there was only one current resident that was present during the period that the COFFELTs resided in the apartment and identified the resident as [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] advised that according to the records COFFELT rent payments were made by cash and by check, however, there is no indication as to what bank was used for check purposes. She stated that she would be unable to comment as to whether or not COFFELT was at the apartments or in the area in late November 1971.
