Re Portland letter to Indianapolis, 11/19/76.
The following investigation was conducted by SA [redacted] [redacted] on 12/10/76, at Ligonier, Indiana:
[redacted] Indiana State Police Post Number 21, Ligonier, Indiana, told SA [redacted] that [redacted] was his [redacted] for many years, and [redacted] did not hijack any airplane. [redacted] has retired from the Indiana State Police and resides in Howe, Indiana.
In view of the above information, Indianapolis is conducting no further investigation.
