Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81)(P) DATE: 6/7/77

FROM : SA [REDACTED]

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE BUfile 164-2111

RE: [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] San Ysidro, California, suggested [REDACTED] as a suspect in this matter because [REDACTED] thought he resembled the artist's composite of UNSUB. [REDACTED] had not seen [REDACTED] since 1963 but described him as of that date, as follows:

Age: [REDACTED] Height: 5'8" - 5'9" Weight: 150 - 160 lbs Hair: Dark brown or black Complexion: Light Characteristics: High forehead, narrow face

[REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] was stationed at El Toro Marine Air Base in [REDACTED]

Investigation at El Toro, California, failed to reveal a [REDACTED] United States Marine Corps Air Station. Check with the Marine Corps worldwide locator failed to reveal any [REDACTED] in the United States Marine Corp and there were [REDACTED]. A record check with the Orange County Sheriff's Department concerning [REDACTED] determined that there was an individual named [REDACTED] whose photograph was obtained and shown to [REDACTED] after which [REDACTED] stated this individual was not identical to the [REDACTED] he was suggesting as a suspect.
