A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Seattle letter to Salt Lake City, 6/9/77.
Enclosed for Seattle are two copies of the insert investigation conducted by SA J. JAY FERRIN and one Utah Driver's license photograph and description of MICHAEL C. HURREN.
Seattle note that the identity of [REDACTED] must be kept confidential since he has requested this.
Numerous efforts have been made to contact MICHAEL C. HURREN both at his residence, 35 South 3000 East, Mantua, Utah, and at the Logan, Utah, airport where the SeaGull Sport Club is located.
On July 18, 1977, it was determined by SA GORDON S. CARR that HURREN had moved from the Mantua, Utah, address and was now believed living somewhere in the Logan, Utah, area which is closer to his place of employment at the Sky Jumpers Club at the Logan, Utah, airport.
Since the source advised [REDACTED] he refused to identify, and [REDACTED] and D. B. COOPER are one in the same person, this seems very unlikely since the Unsub COOPER was described as being in his mid 40s in 1971. [REDACTED] would [REDACTED] in 1971.
No further investigation is being conducted in this matter by the Salt Lake City Division.
