Referenced phone call advised [REDACTED] suggested as possible subject in this matter. Check with COP RALPH BENEFIEL who knows [REDACTED] verywell at [REDACTED] reflected that he does not resemble the composite photograph or the hijacker primarily because he is [REDACTED]. A photograph of [REDACTED] was obtained from [REDACTED] Co. SO[ffice]. BENEFIEL also advised that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and from what he has heard is not [REDACTED] He advised he saw him about [REDACTED] but has not seen him since then.

A photograph of [REDACTED] was obtained on 11/30/71 from [REDACTED] County Sheriff's Office which is the only one available in this area. It is suggested that a photo of [REDACTED] may be obtained from [REDACTED] which would be later tha[n] the attached. Further information re the location of [REDACTED] may be obtained from [REDACTED] Officer, Federal Building, Tacoma, Washington.
