On 12/1/71 [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] advised he viewed b7C sketch of Unsub in local paper. He stated sketch could be of [REDACTED] however, he recalled [REDACTED] as having hair not as flat as in sketch.
He added [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] and might possibly be able to identify jumper b7C from sketch.
