Interview of [REDACTED] Northwest Airlines, Seattle, Washington (telephonically) on 11/24/71, by SA [REDACTED]
Enclosed for Las Vegas is the original copy of an FD-302 dated 12/1/71, re observation of [REDACTED] on 11/30/71, which was inadvertently sent to Seattle.
Las Vegas is requested to immediately forward to Seattle, the above-mentioned FD-302s.
