Enclosed for the Bureau and Seattle is one photograph of JOHN EMIL LIST, subject of Newark file 88-8468.
One photograph of LIST is being furnished to the FBI Laboratory (Photographic Unit) in view of the fact Seattle may wish to have changes made in photograph at later date. Photograph of LIST is allegedly quite recent.
No positive information developed by Newark to date, indicating present whereabouts of JOHN EMIL LIST.
