Portland Office obtained photograph from Multnomah County Sheriff's Office of [REDACTED] but this is same photograph as forwarded to Portland by Minneapolis.
[REDACTED] Adult Parole and Probation Office, State of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, advised on 12/14/71 [REDACTED] is on probation and was last seen by his probation officer, [REDACTED] located a picture of [REDACTED] in the file which was taken in 1970 and shows [REDACTED] similar to the 5/20/70 picture.
[REDACTED] parole officer, [REDACTED] went [REDACTED] date of return to his office is not known.
Portland will not show photograph of [REDACTED] to Portland witnesses since it has been reported it is not a good likeness.
