On 12/18/71, at approximately 1:30 pm, [REDACTED b6/b7C], Washington State Patrol, North Bend, Wa. telephonically furnished the following information:
On instant date, an individual appeared at their office and advised that he saw an individual that appeared to be identical to the hijacker's description. The individual appearing at the office refused to give his name because he is a friend of the individual he saw at the [guess: garbage] dump. This individaul advised that he saw [REDACTED b6] at the garbage dump and that he looked very much like the [guess: hijacker's] picture. He advised that [REDACTED b7C] lives [REDACTED b7C] and gave the following directions:
[REDACTED] is the last house on the left.
[REDACTED b6/b7C] advised that the North Bend PD would show the FBI the exact house occupied by [REDACTED b6/b7C] if they desired to speak with him.
