TO ACHIEVE WIDE CIRCULARIZATION OF THE RANSOM LIST, SEATTLE HAS ARRANGED WITH A SEATTLE NEWSPAPER TO PRINT A SHORT FEATURE ARTICLE INFORMING THE PUBLIC THAT THE LIST OF RANSOM BILLS HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, BANKS, AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
