[REDACTED] Chico Police Department, advised he had recently observed an escapee notice from the California Department of Corrections which seemed to fit generally the description and qualifications of UNSUB.
[REDACTED] furnished the Escapee Bulletin [REDACTED] for [REDACTED] who escaped from Chino Prison on [REDACTED] The notice indicated him to be an ex- paratrooper and pilot, white male, born [REDACTED] in Washington, 6', 190 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes. He was noted to have a listed friend, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Seattle, Washington.
