On 12/15/71, the records of Credit Bureau, Inc., Everett, Washington, were reviewed and these records reflect a [redacted] residing [redacted] [redacted] Washington. The records further reflect that [redacted] is employed by the [redacted] and [redacted] is employed by the [redacted] Washington.
A check with directory assistance on 12/15/71, revealed a [redacted] at the above address, telephone number [redacted]. There is no record of an [redacted] [redacted] in the Snohomish County area. The city directory and the Everett telephone book failed to reflect any other [redacted] other than mentioned above.
