On December 6, 1971, [redacted], Department of Law Enforcement, State of Idaho, advised she has no record of issuance of a [redacted]. She stated motor vehicle registra- tion records reflect Idaho license [redacted] was issued July 20, 1971, to a [redacted], Idaho, and was issued to [redacted] care of [redacted], Idaho. She stated [redacted] records reflect driver's license [redacted] was issued to [redacted], Idaho. This license expired in 1967 and there is no photograph of [redacted] available.
