What is wrong (title, date, type, which pages belong together, copies)?

A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

After reading about the skyjacking and seeing a sketch of the suspect I think I have a good lead for the authorities. My suspicions are based on the following:

He resembles the sketch. He knows a lot about planes. He has done a lot of sky diving. He would have the nerve to do it. He has served time at Monroe. He has lots of connections everywhere.

I don't even know his last name, but he is [REDACTED] and when I knew him he worked at the [REDACTED] and lived in North Bend in his trailer. That was about five years ago. I think he worked at the [REDACTED] in Seattle since that time.

His first name is [REDACTED]
