Doctors
Most, but not all, State Doctors belong to the Washington State Medical Association, an organization with 3500 members. They are located at 444 NE Ravenna Blvd., Seattle. They use a mailing bureau and have addressograph plates (small charge for their service).
Hospitals
Washington State Hospital Assn., 601 Broadway, Seattle, has addressograph plates, most hospitals, but not government institutions, about 125 hospitals in Assn.
Clinics
Washington State Clinic Managers Assn. has some 70 and [REDACTED] clinics, Seattle, has a current list of names. (He has [illegible handwriting]).
Travel Agents
American Society of Travel Agents has some 200 travel agents on a mailing list [REDACTED] and addressograph plates are at Advance Printing, 414 Vance Bldg., Seattle, [REDACTED] has the plates at Advance Printing, [REDACTED]
