RE SEATTLE TELETYPE FEBRUARY ONE LAST WHERE IT IS STATED THAT UACB, DAILY TELETYPE WILL BE DISCONTINUED IN FAVOR OF A WEEKLY SUMMARY TO BE SUBMITTED EACH FRIDAY.
THE BUREAU CONCURS AND SEATTLE SHOULD SUBMIT A WEEKLY TELETYPE TO REACH THE BUREAU BY COB EACH THURSDAY RATHER THAN FRIDAY. THIS SUMMARY TELETYPE SHOULD SET FORTH OUTSTANDING INVESTIGATION AND WHAT SPECIFIC INVESTIGATION IS BEING CONTEM- PLATED OR CONDUCTED. IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO STATE THAT INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING. SEATTLE MUST INSURE ALL LEADS RECEIVE IMMEDIATE, VIGOROUS AND THOROUGH ATTENTION FROM ALL OFFICES INVOLVED. MAIL COPIES TO PORTLAND, MINNEAPOLIS AND LAS VEGAS.
