SA [REDACTED] from Washington Field Office advised that [REDACTED] reveal that [REDACTED] was in the U. S. Marine Corps from 1951 to 1970. From 1954 to 1970 he was in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] during a large part of this time.

In 1966 [REDACTED] putting him in a rather difficult financial situation, which resulted in [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] is forwarding a photograph of [REDACTED] to Portland, Minneapolis and Seattle via air courier today.
