Referenced airtel set forth lead for Alexandria to attempt to obtain photograph of [REDACTED] at b6 Center for Naval Analysis. Photograph was required to b7C attempt to eliminate [REDACTED] as a suspect in captioned case. Based on description of resident manager of apartments where [REDACTED] resides, it appears that [REDACTED] description does not fit that of UNSUB in captioned case.
Alexandria is requested to advise if a photograph was obtained in order that [REDACTED] can be eliminated as a b6 suspect. b7C
