[redacted] said that [redacted] resided in and covered the territory around [redacted] Col., and filed [redacted] [redacted] reports.

[redacted] furnished xeroxed copies of [redacted] [redacted] reports for the week of November 22-26, noting that November 25, 1971, was Thanksgiving Day, a holiday, and a day in which [redacted] would not have had to submit a [redacted] report.

[REDACTED] pointed out that the [REDACTED] reports for the week of November 22-26, 1971, disclose that [REDACTED] made contacts in [REDACTED] Col., the entire week and only [REDACTED] were made during the entire week, [REDACTED] each on Monday and Tuesday and [REDACTED] for Wednesday, or Friday. [REDACTED] further pointed out a notation on the sales report for November 26, "8 demonstrations, each day will produce success," which is an indication [REDACTED] was not making sufficient [REDACTED] indicated by the number of contacts on [REDACTED] reports. [REDACTED] opined that the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reports could be "easily faked." [REDACTED] further pointed out that there is normally a five-day differential in the date of the [REDACTED] report and the day it is received at the office [REDACTED], however, the [REDACTED] report for November 24, 1971, was received at the local office on December 2, 1971.
