What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

REPORT of the FBI LABORATORY
FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION WASHINGTON, D. C. 20535
To: SAC, Seattle (164-81) Date: May 5, 1972 FBI File No. 164-2111 Re: NORJAK Lab. No. D-720505058 LL D-720505122 LL

Specimens received 5/4/72, from FBI, Seattle:
K4 One roll of microfilm of ransom money (Resubmission)
Specimen received 5/3/72, from FBI, Washington Field Office:
Q48 One copy of Seattle Flag newspaper, Volume 1, #5, May 10, 1972, bearing on page 2 a photograph of twenty-dollar bill, serial #L 51279635A
Result of examination:
The twenty-dollar bill appearing on page 2 of Q48 was compared with the corresponding bill represented by K4. In the comparison, a photographic overlay of the Q48 bill showed the serial number on this bill to be out of register with the serial number on the K4 bill.
The examination definitely determined that the Q48 bill is not a part of the ransom money.
The submitted evidence is temporarily retained.
