OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 MAY 1962 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P) [REDACTED] DATE: 8/2/72

FROM : SA THOMAS J. MANNING

SUBJECT: NORJAK [REDACTED] ELIMINATR Re memo of sa[REDACTED] at Seattle, 7/25/72

---

On 8/2/72 [REDACTED] was contacted by the writer at his residence, [REDACTED] Longview, Washington. He was asked about his location at time of captioned hijacking and advised that he was then living at [REDACTED] Longview, Washington and was at home the day of the hijacking as well as the next day. He could furnish no supporting witnesses to this fact except [REDACTED] who were present at the time of interview.

---

[REDACTED] was closely observed by the interviewing agent and it was determined that he is 6'1" tall, weighs 225 lbs. and while he bears a slight resemblance to the composite of the subject in this matter is extremely muscular and broad chested which fact would undoubtedly have been noticed by passengers and crew on the hijacked aircraft even though he wore a suit and topcoat.

---

In view of this visual observation it is felt [REDACTED] is not identical with the UNSUB in this matter and it is recommended that no further investigation be conducted concerning him.
