Referenced communication advised [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in this matter because he was employed as [REDACTED] Hampton, Georgia and for an unexplained reason he abruptly quit his employment, [REDACTED] and left the Atlanta area. The only record for [REDACTED] lists a number for [REDACTED] who lives in the State of Washington. This number is area code [REDACTED].
Atlanta further advised descriptive information concerning [REDACTED] was as follows:
