REFERENCE BUREAU AIRTEL TO SEATTLE DATED JUNE TWENTYSIX SEVENTYTWO.
PRIOR TO THE HUNTING SEASON WHICH BEGINS OCTOBER FOURTEEN INSTANT, SEATTLE DIVISION WILL DISSEMINATE INFORMATION AND COPIES OF UNSUBS ARTISTS COMPOSIT TO ALL WASHINGTON STATE GAME WARDENS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AREA INTO WHICH UNSUB PARACHUTED. THE WARDENS WILL BE ASKED TO MAKE THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO ALL HUNTERS THEY ENCOUNTER IN THIS AREA.
IN CONNECTION WITH THIS, THE BUREAU IS REQUESTED TO AU- THORIZE CONTACT WITH NORTHWEST AIRLINES AT MINNEAPOLIS, MINNE- SOTA, TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE A FINDERS FEE TO ANYONE FINDING AND RETURNING THE RANSOM MONEY. RECOMMEN- DED FINDERS FEE IS FIFTEEN PERCENT OF ANY RANSOM MONEY RETURNED. IF A FINDERS FEE IS AUTHORIZED BY NORTHWEST AIRLINES, THIS FACT WILL ALSO BE DISSEMINATED TO THE WARDENS.
SEATTLE FILE REVIEW AND SYSTEMATIC ELIMINATION OF ALL POSSIBLE SUSPECTS CONTINUES. NEW SUSPECTS CONTINUE TO BE DEVELOPED AND APPROPRIATE INVESTIGATION INSTITUTED. ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
