On 11/6/72 Judge MORRELL SHARP called me and upon arriving in his chambers Probation Officer [REDACTED] came in.
[REDACTED] explained that he was a personal friend of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] from Dallas, having been in the Navy with him.
On 11/6/72 [REDACTED] called [REDACTED] and advised him that he is convinced, after talking to [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] is not only the NORJAK subject but also is responsible for bombing one of the TWA planes; in fact, [REDACTED] on the TWA plane that [REDACTED] further, that he was on the [REDACTED] where an unknown was attempting

I told Judge SHARP, as well as [REDACTED] that we were aware of [REDACTED] allegations concerning [REDACTED] being identical with the NORJAK subject, and that we were aware, too, that [REDACTED] had reported that [REDACTED]. However, in establishing his whereabouts during the pertinent period in the NORJAK case, we had interviewed [REDACTED] who said that she was certain that he was with the family on 11/24/71.
---
I told him that so far as I knew, the case involving [REDACTED] had not been solved, but I would look into it to see if there is any possibility that [REDACTED] could have anything to do with it.
