On 11/15/72 [REDACTED] was located at Washington Machinery and Supply Co. Spokane N. 1001 Division St. where he is employed [REDACTED]
He said he wrote the letter about solving hijacking as he thought he had a plan which he was going to [guess: patented] but read just recently where it was discussed in a national magazine. He said this was the use of some sort of a gas that would leave people conscious but immobile and the Army has tested it. He was thanked for the information. He said he was in the army for 8 yrs., was born [REDACTED] He appears to be b6 about 5'11" is chunky and has a mustache. He resides at [REDACTED] b7C [REDACTED]
