[REDACTED] did locate a 'driver's license record for a [REDACTED] Washington. This license was issued on [REDACTED] and expired on [REDACTED] birth date in [REDACTED] As a result, there was no photograph available, inasmuch as it was obtained when photographing applicants was not mand- atory. Background data showed that this person was born [REDACTED] had hazel eyes; 140 lbs.; 5'8". This person further had a number of driving violations, dating back from [REDACTED] which are set forth below:
