AT WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
On 12/27/72, [REDACTED] Wichita County Sheriff's Office, said he had seen the artist's conception in the current FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin of DAN COOPER who is the subject of captioned hijacking. [REDACTED] stated the drawing appears identical to a man with whom he worked for several years while in the United States Air Force. [REDACTED] said he was stationed with [REDACTED] at Grand Forks Air Force Base, Grand Forks, North Dakota, from [REDACTED] and both were assigned [REDACTED] described [REDACTED] as follows:

According to [redacted] has parachute jump training.
[redacted] stated the artist's conception which is in the law enforcement bulletin is a perfect likeness of [redacted]. He said that another person who knows [redacted] in the Burkburnett, Texas, Police Department.
[redacted] was contacted and shown the artist's conception in the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin and he said that the physical description of [redacted] is very close to that shown in the bulletin. He said, however, that the drawing has some of [redacted] characteristics but he could not say it closely resembles him.
[redacted] Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, through Air Force channels, verified that [redacted] is a [redacted] in the United States Air Force, born [redacted] and is currently assigned to [redacted] Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. He currently resides at [redacted] East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
