RE: PARACHUTE FOUND BY [REDACTED] SUB. R
On January 5, 1973, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Washington, advised he was called by [REDACTED] this date. [REDACTED] advised him he had found an orange and white canopy and several items of survival gear, approximately 15 miles from Monroe, Washington.
[REDACTED] stated he was forwarding this information for our use only and did not intend to take any further action. [REDACTED] was informed the color of the parachute canopy was not identical to the one used in Norjak.
