Re Dallas airtel to Minneapolis 12/27/72.

The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] at Grand Forks Air Force Base (AFB), North Dakota:

On 1/16/73 SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that he had recently contacted [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as a result of information he had received from Sheppard AFB, Texas. SA [REDACTED] stated that in his opinion, [REDACTED] did not resemble the artist's sketch of DAN COOPER shown on page 32 of the December, 1972, "FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin." SA [REDACTED] stated he verified that [REDACTED] was in fact on duty at Grand Forks AFB on 11/24/71 and a review of [REDACTED] leave records indicates he did not take any leave at that time.

On 1/16/73 [REDACTED] advised that he personally has known [REDACTED] since early 1969, and since that time, [REDACTED] has worked a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM. [REDACTED] was shown the artist's sketch of DAN COOPER, and he advised that the only resemblance between [REDACTED] and the sketch would be through the chin area. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] has not changed his living habits in any way since the two men first became acquainted, and [REDACTED] continues to be a sincere, diligent worker in the [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
