Enclosed for Seattle is one copy of a photograph of subject.
As mentioned in referenced Kansas City nitel, all information concerning subject's possible involvement in Norjak originated through local authorities, ultimately from [REDACTED] University of Missouri, Columbia Police Department, who stated that such information was purely speculation. No further information has been re- ceived by Atlanta Division to indicate [REDACTED] involvement in Norjak.
