Other possibilities are local authorities and it seems probable that they were contacted during initial phases of this investigation, shortly after violation occurred.
In view of above, Seattle will conduct further investigation to identify above former [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] In the event investigation is negative, Seattle b7C should advise and Portland will recontact [REDACTED] for [REDACTED]
