On March 26, 1973, [REDACTED] advised that members of the [REDACTED] conducted investigation at the [REDACTED] located at [REDACTED] for the purpose of observing [REDACTED] as a possible suspect in captioned matter. They engaged in conversation and established that his full name is [REDACTED] informed them that he was [REDACTED] and has also formed his own jump club. He claimed to jump at [REDACTED].
[REDACTED] was observed to be a white male, approximately 40 years of age, 5' 11", 170 pounds, dark hair, dark eyes, with a thin mustache and an Indian-looking appearance.
