On March 9, 1973, [redacted] Montana Department of Inter-Govern- mental Relations, Helena Airport, advised that [redacted] Billings, Montana, registered with this office [redacted] as having an [redacted] under Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) He listed his employer [redacted] [redacted], Wyoming.
Pilots operating in the State of Montana are expected to renew their registration each year; however, [redacted] has not done so.
