RE: [REDACTED]

ReSEairtel to Albuquerque, April 3, 1973.

On 4/2/73, a memo to all agents was disseminated within the Phoenix Field Division, using the newly issued artist's conception of the unknown subject. However, contact with logical sources and informants has not resulted in any positive information or investigative leads to date.

An evaluation of the leads set forth for the Phoenix Division in Denver letter to the Bureau, dated 2/21/73, indicates they were not initially set forth to develop information to answer questions regarding [REDACTED] as set out in Seattle airtel to Albuquerque, dated 4/3/73.

Therefore, the Phoenix Division will not be covering these leads unless otherwise requested by office of origin.
