RE: [redacted]
On 6/15/73 [redacted] Centralia, Washington advised that [redacted] and [redacted] came to her residence in reply to an
[redacted] actually in Thurston County, Washington.
[redacted] and is [redacted] and has [redacted] and in general has made the [redacted] His actions and those [redacted] caused [redacted] and [redacted] to refer to [redacted] as "D.B. COOPER" in a joking way. However his actions did cause [redacted] [redacted] to notify the FBI of his presence now that he
[redacted] viewed the two colored composites in this matter and all stated [guess: neither] her [redacted] nor [redacted] resemble the subject of NORJAK in even a remote way.
No further investigation is warranted in this matter.

IT IS SUGGESTED THAT IN THE FUTURE WHEN COMPLAINTS RE THE SUBJECT IN THIS MATTER ARE HANDLED BY HEADQUARTERS CITY CLERKS OR AGENTS THAT MORE DETAIL BE SECURED TO ELIMINATE THE COVERING OF LEADS SUCH AS THIS WHICH ARE AT BEST UNFOUNDED SUSPICION. IT IS TO BE NOTED IN THIS CASE THAT [redacted] HAD BLONDE HAIR WITH NO MENTION OF IT HAVING BEEN DYED.
