What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.
FBI 164-81, Vault Part 32 pp. 24–25 (DB Cooper-11621–11622), Letter, serial SE 164-81-4818 (as read from the transcript) — cooper.theunsolved.net/documents/Cooper-Part-32%3A024-025
Although I have read how extremely pleased the FBI hierarchy is with the latest of the mental midgets appointed to grace the FBI, it is important that your happy hierarchy be fully informed of his questionable background.

I hope that you don't think that I've forgotten all about you and rummaging through old clippings to send you. It's just that I've been too lazy to write anybody. Actually, you're the only one left in the whole FBI that I'm talking to. Maybe one other. I'm really disgusted with [REDACTED] for leaving. He's a crybaby. And I haven't told you yet that [REDACTED] and I haven't been getting along for months. Ever since I wrote him a nice polite letter telling him why FBI agents should [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was responsible for breaking a case. [REDACTED] didn't say thank you. Naturally, he hasn't heard from me since.
I have some nice picture postcards from Disneyland that I'm going to send you.
