What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Anchorage letter to Seattle, dated 8/31/73.
The following investigation was conducted by SC [REDACTED] at Denver, Colorado:
On 9/11/73, [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Air Force Accounting and Finance Center (MPO), 3800 York Street, advised the Air Force leave records for [REDACTED] SSAN [REDACTED] [REDACTED] show [REDACTED] to have been on military leave from 10/21 (Thursday) through 10/25/71 (Monday), from 10/30 (Saturday) through 11/2/71 (Tuesday), from 11/17 (Wednesday) through 11/19/71 (Friday), and from 12/1 (Wednesday) through 12/3/71 (Friday).
[REDACTED] further advised [REDACTED] according to these records, should have been on duty with the Air Force at [REDACTED] Las Vegas, Nevada, on 11/24/71 (Wednesday). He advised, however, since 11/25/71 (Thursday) was Thanksgiving Day, the Air Force quite often releases the personnel early on the evening prior to Thanksgiving Day, and quite often releases personnel from duty on the Friday following Thanksgiving Day. [REDACTED] stated he would know of no records or information available to substantiate whether or not [REDACTED] was actually on duty during the total duty hours of 11/24/71.
