[REDACTED] was the individual that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] by an FBI Agent after the plane landed at Seattle, Washington. According to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] has interviewed [REDACTED] in two six-hour sessions and has reason to believe [REDACTED] could be involved in captioned cases. [REDACTED] apparently bases his belief on various factors that occurred during his 12 hours of interview with [REDACTED] even though there is no indication that [REDACTED] made any admissions to [REDACTED]

Dallas should have two experienced, mature Agents that are thoroughly familiar with captioned cases interview [REDACTED] in depth for any information he may have concerning the possible involvement of [REDACTED] in captioned cases and any other matters of interest to the FBI. The Agents should set forth any appropriate leads based on results of interview with [REDACTED] that would be appropriate for our investigation or captioned cases.
