[REDACTED] was taken into Federal custody at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, North Platte, Nebraska. Special Agent [REDACTED] advised [REDACTED] that he was being charged in a Federal complaint with the interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle from Minnesota to Nebraska.
[REDACTED] was then transported to the Office of the United States Magistrate R. V. SATTERFIELD, North Platte, Nebraska. [REDACTED] appeared before Mr. SATTERFIELD in the presence of [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] Mr. SATTERFIELD advised [REDACTED] the nature of the Federal charge; advised him of his rights. [REDACTED] waived hearing and Mr. SATTERFIELD bound [REDACTED] over to the United States District Court Nebraska and set bond at [REDACTED] stated that he would post the [REDACTED] bond later on November 19, 1973, or November 20, 1973.
[REDACTED] was then taken to the Lincoln County Jail, North Platte, Nebraska, where he was lodged.
