On 1/11/74, a check with Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles revealed the following information concern- ing [redacted]

A copy of [redacted] Drivers License was obtained and it was noted that [redacted] is required to wear corrective lenses while driving. In addition, [redacted] hair is shown to be silver in color and receding, white thin on top.
In view of the physical discrepancies between [redacted] and UNSUB, no further investigation will be conducted con- cerning [redacted] at this time.
