MONTGOMERY stated he used to live in Dallas and was in an accident approximately a year ago from which he obtained $60,000 insurance money, and that seems to explain the money that MONTGOMERY apparently is spending. The complexion of MONTGOMERY is fair.
Due to the above, no further investigation will be conducted concerning suspect MONTGOMERY at this time.
