Examination of [REDACTED] photograph on a copy of his Washington State Driver's License indicated he is a white male, fair complexion, with light brown hair and a full beard.
Because of the discrepancies that exist between [REDACTED] and unsub, i.e. age, hair color, complexion, and eye color, no further investigation will be conducted concerning [REDACTED] at this time.
